If I could put a 10, I would. I do not come from an entrepreneurial background, and when I reached the limit of my knowledge in improving my business, Glenn was there to help. Navigating the many aspects of web design, social media and SEO can be very confusing for the small business owner. Glenn's presentation laid out the important facts in a very easy-to-understand manner and he guided the class through action steps that we could leave and implement once we returned to our own businesses.
