About Glenn

Glenn Smith is the owner of Glenn Smith Executive Coaching with offices in Dallas/Ft Worth and Houston. Glenn’s firm is designed to help business owners, executives, and sales professionals improve their businesses and their lives. Glenn grew up working in a family business and has owned 2 successful businesses himself. With more than 35 years of experience in business and organizational leadership, he understands the challenges owners and executives face.

For more than 20 years Glenn has been coaching business and organizational leaders and has worked both nationally and internationally. He has been the keynote speaker/trainer for several Franchise Companies and has taught courses on leadership and organizational development in several graduate schools. Glenn is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and holds an M.A. in Global Leadership from the Fuller School of Intercultural Studies.

Glenn has earned numerous coaching certifications over the past 25 years. He also subscribes to the Professional Standards and Ethics as outlined by the International Coach Federation. Glenn has won numerous awards and recognitions including the 2011 Coach of the Year within The Growth Coach Franchise System and the Ursala Coats Memorial Award for Community Service in Fort Bend County. He also served as the 2014 Board Chairman for the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce.

Glenn and his wife Terri have been married for more than 40 years. They have 3 grown daughters and 2 grandchildren. His passion is to help business leaders and sales professionals achieve things they have never achieved before!
