Course Materials
Mindset Lesson 1: The Marketing Mindset
Marketing is your job as the owner because it creates sales opportunities. This lesson clarifies the difference between lead generation and lead conversion, then reframes marketing as education backed by evidence. You’ll learn how to gather real customer insight through simple research and use it to sharpen your message, strengthen credibility, and focus your efforts before picking tactics.
Mindset Lesson 2: Thinking for Growth
This lesson challenges you to think like a strategic business leader, starting with how you value your time. You’ll explore three core mindset shifts: moving beyond an employee mindset, replacing scarcity thinking with an abundance view, and trading limiting beliefs for possibility thinking. The focus is learning to build a business that can run without constant owner involvement.
Mindset Lesson 3: Executive Productivity Part 1
This lesson walks through five ways leaders create leverage: people, systems, technology, marketing, and personal strengths. You’ll learn how to spot where you’re overextended, where structure is missing, and how to start building support that helps the business perform without relying on you for everything.
Mindset Lesson 4: Executive Productivity Part 2
This lesson focuses on daily execution, like clearing what drains your energy and tightening your operating rhythm. You’ll work through decluttering (physical, digital, and emotional), improving one key habit using the cue–routine–reward loop, and building a daily process that keeps goals, calendar, and priorities in view.
Mindset Lesson 5: Introduction to the 90 Day Planner
It's time to explore how the 90-day planner supports focus and follow-through when annual plans get ignored. This lesson reviews the first two steps of the quarterly process and shows how to fill out the planner pages for decluttering and habit-building. The goal is to turn insight into action immediately so the quarter starts with momentum.
Mindset Lesson 6: Relationship Management
Strong businesses are built on strong relationships, and they don’t stay strong by accident. This lesson helps you identify two personal roles to prioritize over the next 90 days, then choose ten key business relationships to intentionally nurture. You’ll define simple outreach actions so relationship-building becomes a plan.
Mindset Lesson 7: Executing for Growth
This lesson brings the process to a close by translating vision into 90-day goals. You’ll outline what you want personally and professionally in one year and three years, then set up to three SMART goals for the next quarter. The focus is specificity: clear goals, measurable outcomes, and action steps that can be scheduled and executed.
